YOU GOT THE WHOLE WORLD IN YOUR HANDS

A plaster sculpture of our own face (and arms), with a personal concept attached.I made my concept around the phrase ‘you got the whole world in your hands’ and expressed it literally in my work. I choose this phrase because of the meaning behind it: many people have things within their reach but don’t do anything with them. The person on the sculpture does not know what to do and rest his face into his hands. This shows a perfect contrast between not taking the opportunities that are within our reach and taking them with both hands.
